We were driving through Maine last winter when we stumbled upon a delightful little oil & vinegar tasting bar that won us over with its charm and warmth.

 

Now it's a year later and (after a lot of work!) we are the proud owners of our own tasting bar in LaGrange Illinois. We have over 40 different flavors of artisan oils and vinegars, and after we get our bearings we plan to have other olive oil products as well as gourmet pastas and herbs.
